UAE teams are usually multilingual, so staff-facing screens matter as much as patient-facing ones.

What this does not do

Every vendor lists what their product does. This is the other half — and it is the half that decides whether we are a fit.

  • We are not a compliance vendor. We do not certify systems against the UAE e-invoicing programme or any regulator, and we will say so before you ask.
  • We work remotely. Discovery, delivery and support happen over calls and written documents — there are no on-site visits included.
  • We build with Node.js and PostgreSQL, the same stack this platform runs on. We do not use a technology on a client project that we have not run ourselves.

Pricing

There is no fixed price for custom work — and that is deliberate. The price is a result of the scope, and the scope is not knowable before we sit on your workflow.

  1. A scoping session — at no charge — that produces a written document.
  2. The scope is split into phases, each priced at a fixed amount before it starts.
  3. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately before it is built.
